Muesli: so tasty, so healthy

A little fruit, a little sweetness - and you have the perfect hot breakfast that will get you ready for the day in no time at all. Overnight oats are super healthy, high in protein, delicious and quick to make. We show you 3 perfect variations of the delicious oatmeal breakfast here.

A different take on a classic

You're probably familiar with Bircher muesli from the supermarket chiller cabinet or from your last hotel breakfast, but have you ever made this delicious muesli variant yourself? All you need is rolled oats, milk, apple, chopped nuts and honey.

Preparation: Soak the oats overnight in milk or an alternative. The next morning, grate an apple into it, add a few chopped nuts and sweeten with honey to taste.

For those with a sweet tooth

Are you a sweet tooth and could start the day with Nutella? Then this breakfast variation might be something for you. Chocolate peanut porridge is at least as tasty as a Nutella sandwich, but much healthier. For this warm breakfast, which is also vegan, you need almond milk, salt, rolled oats, cocoa, bananas, peanut butter and soy yogurt - and you're ready to start enjoying this sweet treat for breakfast.

Preparation: Heat the almond milk in a pan and add the rolled oats. Add a pinch of salt and some cocoa powder. Leave to simmer on a low heat for about 15 minutes. Cut the banana into slices and stir in. Now add some peanut butter and soy yoghurt.

The fitness version of the hot breakfast

For the calorie-conscious ladies among you, the third oatmeal variant is just the thing. It is sweetened exclusively with a little honey. Oat flakes give you energy, the apple provides the vitamins you need - and you're ready for the day or your next sports session.

Preparation: Place the raisins, a finely chopped apple and roasted oats in a pan. Add a little water and leave to swell over a low heat. Refine with a little honey and yogurt.
