
Preparation of pull-apart bread
This deliciously hearty pull-apart bread not only tastes delicious, it is also a real eye-catcher on your buffet and is ready to serve in less than 30 minutes.
All you need is:
- 1 loaf of bread
- spring onions
- chives
- garlic
- Olive oil or butter
- pepper
- salt
- Sliced or grated cheese
Preparation of pulled bread
- Using a large bread knife, slice the bread evenly lengthwise and crosswise with a gap of about 2 cm - not all the way to the bottom.
- Finely chop the spring onions, chives and garlic and mix with a little olive oil or butter and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Spread into the incisions in the bread with a knife and top with the cheese.
- Preheat the oven and bake for 20 minutes at 200°C fan oven until the cheese has melted and everything is golden brown.
