Preparation of pull-apart bread

This deliciously hearty pull-apart bread not only tastes delicious, it is also a real eye-catcher on your buffet and is ready to serve in less than 30 minutes.

All you need is:

  • 1 loaf of bread
  • spring onions
  • chives
  • garlic
  • Olive oil or butter
  • pepper
  • salt
  • Sliced or grated cheese

Preparation of pulled bread

  1. Using a large bread knife, slice the bread evenly lengthwise and crosswise with a gap of about 2 cm - not all the way to the bottom.
  2. Finely chop the spring onions, chives and garlic and mix with a little olive oil or butter and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Spread into the incisions in the bread with a knife and top with the cheese.
  4. Preheat the oven and bake for 20 minutes at 200°C fan oven until the cheese has melted and everything is golden brown.
