
What you need for the no-bake Oreo cake
Ingredients
- 2 pack of Oreos (approx. 175 grams)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 450 g cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 150 g sugar
- 450 g cream
- 2 sachets of cream stiffener
Oreo cake: prepare the cookie base
- Crush 1 packet of Oreos with a hand blender or in a mixer.
- Add 4 tablespoons of melted butter and mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a small springform pan and press down with a tablespoon.
Oreo cake: prepare the filling
- Place 450 grams of cream cheese in a mixing bowl and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 150 grams of sugar. Mix everything with a hand mixer.
- Whip 200 grams of cream until stiff, adding the two sachets of cream stiffener towards the end. Now carefully fold the cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Crush 1 packet of Oreos and mix into the filling.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo base in the tin. Chill the baking tin in the fridge for about 4 hours.
