Spices for the burger meat

It's not just the sauce that makes a burger taste perfect, the spices also play a part. Here are our favorites:

  • Salt and pepper, preferably freshly ground for even more flavor
  • Paprika powder and chili bring spiciness to the meat
  • Herbs such as thyme, rosemary, basil or oregano go perfectly with beef. Always use dried herbs, as fresh herbs can burn quickly when grilling the meat
  • Burgers get more oomph when they are seasoned with atypical spices such as crushed coriander seeds
  • By the way, brown sugar also goes perfectly with burger meat
