H2O instead of medication - refuel your body with oxygen when you are exhausted

Chemically speaking, it consists of just two tiny atoms, O2, but they have an enormous influence on our well-being and performance. Oxygen is the elixir of life and pure energy.

Oxygen therapy: comeback for the traditional natural healing method

Naturopaths have long known that in phases of physical and mental stress we literally run out of breath, are exhausted and need an extra dose of oxygen. Oxygen therapy is actually a classic, but has been somewhat forgotten. Quite wrongly, because just a few sessions can get us fit for everyday life again.

Vital substances plus exercise increase the success of the treatment

This is how oxygen multi-step therapy works: patients are given vitamin B1 and magnesium at the beginning. Both vital substances improve oxygen uptake in the blood. The patient then breathes in pure oxygen via a nasal probe for around 20 minutes. Inhalation is usually combined with exercise, e.g. on an ergometer or treadmill. This stimulates blood circulation and oxygen transport in the body. The therapy is offered by alternative practitioners and ENT doctors, comprises ten to twelve sessions and costs from around 20 euros per session.
