Make your own tarte flambée dough

It doesn't take much to prepare tarte flambée dough. Flour, a little oil, water and a pinch of salt are kneaded into a smooth dough. You can find detailed instructions for making your own t arte flambée dough here.

Tarte flambée with pear and Camembert

Once the tarte flambée dough has been rolled out thinly on a baking tray lined with baking paper, it's time for the topping. First spread a thin layer of crème fraîche on the tarte flambée. Then top with slices of pear and camembert and drizzle with a little honey. You can now add spices such as onions, lemon thyme or rosemary to taste.

Bake the tarte flambée for approx. 10 - 15 minutes at 200 °C (top/bottom heat) until the edges are golden brown and enjoy while still warm.
