Baking tip: Easily remove the muffins from the tin

There are so many delicious muffin recipes just waiting to be tried out. However, it gets annoying when the paper cases stick to them or the baked goods simply cannot be removed from the muffin tray. This baking tip is the solution for clever amateur bakers.

Easily remove muffins from the tin

You grease, flour and crumble and yet the muffins just won't come out of the tin - until in the end only brute force helps and the bottom half of the dough sticks to the tray. This is now a thing of the past. With the baking paper trick, muffins and cupcakes can be removed from the baking tin very easily and without breaking.

Instructions for the baking tip

Cut a piece of baking paper into strips about 2 x 10 cm long. Grease the tins as usual and then place one strip in each tin crosswise so that both ends overlap. Now pour the dough into the wells and place the tin in the oven to bake. Once baked, leave to cool briefly before simply lifting the muffins out of the tin by the ends of the baking paper strips.
