First, a brief summary of how to determine the right size for a bra. To do this, you need to measure and compare both the underbust and bust circumferences. Then use a size chart to find the right measurements. There may be deviations depending on the manufacturer. Pay particular attention to the correct measurements if the sizes differ. 1. sports bra

The sports bra is on the rise and is probably one of the most comfortable options for every woman. You don't always have to wear it just for sports, it's also great for everyday wear. Here you need to pay particular attention to the right size, as there is no traditional sizing, but a gradation from XS to XXL. But once you have found the right size, there is nothing better than a sports bra. This should not squeeze the breasts too much, but still offer sufficient support and freedom of movement.

2. bralette or bustier

A more everyday version of the sports bra can be found in the bralette, also known as a bustier. This is a bra without an underwire and without cups and is therefore more suitable for smaller bust sizes. However, you can find models like sand by the sea, and the range of sizes is also varied. If you want to do without underwiring but don't want to wear a sports bra, you should opt for a bustier.

Most bras are now made from a synthetic material such as polyester, but these often cause problems. If you prefer a more natural and, above all, more comfortable bra, go for a cotton bra. For women with a large bust, it is always worth reaching for bras with wide straps. These offer a high level of support and can also be individually adjusted to your size. There are models with and without underwiring, depending on your own comfort level. However, wide straps are an absolute must when it comes to the right support.

5. seamless bras

Seamless bras, which are not visible under clothing, are also becoming increasingly popular. This is of course an advantage, but it also eliminates the annoying scratching of the seam. Well-known models here are primarily cup bras, which offer a uniform shape and have no underwire. They combine both comfort and appearance.
