Fine strawberry stadium with Kiwi pitch

This is how fresh and fruity a soccer stadium can be

Ingredients:

For approx. 21 pieces
- 4 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 150 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 pk. vanilla pudding powder
- 300 g strawberries
- 1 pk. red cake glaze
- 80 g kiwi jam
- powdered sugar

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven (electric: 180 degrees). Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Mix the flour with the baking powder and sieve half of the mixture into the egg mixture. Fold in the remaining flour mixture and cocoa powder. Pour the batter onto a baking tray and bake for approx. 12 mins.
2 . prepare the pudding mixture according to the packet instructions and spread on the cooled base. Leave to set in the fridge for approx. 3 hours.
3 Wash and dry the strawberries and cut into thin slices. Cover the edge of the cake (approx. 7 cm wide) with the strawberry slices. Prepare the cake glaze according to the packet instructions and spread over the strawberries. Spread the kiwi jam in the middle of the pudding.
4. mix the powdered sugar with a little water, fill into piping bags, clearly separate the "playing field" with thin lines.

Preparation time: 90 min.
Per piece: 196 kcal, 2.1 BE, 26 g KH, 8 g F, 2 g E
