If the gelatine does not dissolve completely smoothly and without lumps, it is best to place the container in a warm water bath and stir the gelatine until smooth. If the mixture is cold, first add a few tablespoons of the cold mixture to the gelatine before stirring the mixture into the rest of the cold mixture. Otherwise the gelatine may cool too quickly and form lumps in the finished dish.
