
Low-carb pizza dough with cauliflower
Finely grate 250 g cauliflower. Mix with 2 eggs, 135 g gr. Whisk together cheese and a little salt. Spread round on baking paper, bake at 180 degrees (electric) for 20 mins. Top as desired and bake for a further 10 mins.
Low-carb pizza dough with quark
Mix 60 g quark, 1 egg, 60 g gr. Mix cheese. Spread round on baking paper and bake at 180 degrees (electric) for 10-15 mins. Whisk together 3 tbsp tomato purée, 1-2 tbsp water and brush on top. Bake for a further 15 mins. Topping.
Low-carb pizza dough with almond flour
Whisk together 100 g (herb) cream cheese, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp almond flour, 1 pinch each of baking powder, salt and pepper. Spread round on baking paper, bake at 180 degrees (electric) for 20 minutes. Turn, prick several times, spread with tomato purée. Top, bake for a further 10 mins.
Choice of pizza toppings
The figure-conscious prefer to put lots of vegetables on the pizza base and, after baking, rocket, lean ham or tuna. Cheese, on the other hand, is added sparingly.
