Talk to yourself well

We think around 50,000 thoughts every day. However, these daily conversations with ourselves usually go unnoticed. We should pay more attention to what goes through our heads and think what is good for us. After all, we are able to positively influence our own mood, motivation and confidence with our words. We just often don't realize it. We just babble away inwardly instead of thinking in advance about what we are actually saying and how we are doing it.

We can use words to shape our inner dialog in a positive way and consciously use them as a source of strength, as a real source of energy and thus really recharge our mental battery.

Why not pay attention to how you talk to yourself today? For example, if you have mastered something well, made an effort or deliberately not done something, then give yourself a pat on the back and acknowledge it with words like "I did really well!" instead of skipping straight to the next point.

The great thing about this is that you can achieve small positive changes immediately. Small boosts of strength that simply do you good. You will see your self-confidence grow and you will go through the day feeling more motivated and radiant. Scientific studies prove the positive effect of affirmative thinking about yourself. Serious and regular self-affirmation leads to a more positive self-image and even better performance.

So, encourage yourself, give yourself courage, give yourself encouragement. Use loving, uplifting words. Just like you would with a friend. Why don't you start right away? How do you talk to a good friend? Talk in exactly the same way - to yourself.
