Spring fatigue really does exist. Around 50 to 70 percent of us experience the turnaround in spring as a physical effort: We are limp, tired and listless. The cause could be hormones, but this has not yet been fully clarified. These tips for more energy will get you going.

1 Oil pulling

Oil pulling is great for detoxing: it is best done in the morning right after getting up. Put 1 tablespoon of cold-pressed sunflower oil in your mouth and pull it through your teeth. Spit out after three minutes and rinse with warm water.

7 Bright colors

Red and yellow and blue, maybe a little pink: bright colors brighten the mood.

8 Doing good

Nothing makes you happier than making others happy. This can be a compliment, a smile, praise or interest in others.

9 Breaking new ground

Always in the same rut ... breaking the routine, taking detours, trying out new things - this keeps your mind alert and strengthens your awareness.

10 Laugh more often

Laughter is healthy, as the saying goes. It releases happiness hormones and combats stress. Surprisingly, simply pretending to laugh also brightens your mood.

11 Drink water

It is often recommended to drink at least two liters a day - but there is still no scientific evidence for this. One liter is enough, and you should drink when you are thirsty. Preferably still water, and preferably from the tap. It's super fresh and super cheap.

12 Get enough sleep

Sleep is still underestimated. You should get between six and eight hours a night so that your body can regenerate properly. Without enough sleep, you feel listless and listless.

13 Listen to your favorite song

Music cheers you up. And your favorite song anyway. It puts you in a good mood, activates the happiness hormone serotonin and simply makes you feel happy and cheerful. And if you can't get enough of it: Just listen to it ten times in a row, with headphones.

14 Mobile phone off

As useful and helpful as smartphones are - sometimes it's really good to take a break. After all, smartphones are a real energy and time drain. Above all, you should leave it switched off at night.

15 Relax
