Be careful, these 3 breakfast mistakes make you fat.

These 3 mistakes at breakfast make you fat

1. you drink too much fruit juice

Many people love to drink a delicious orange or fruit juice in the morning. But sweet juices are unfortunately real calorie bombs because they contain a lot of fructose. Industrially produced juices are also often full of table sugar and can promote obesity. In addition to your normal breakfast, you are eating a lot of extra calories, which then settle on your hips.

2. you eat breakfast too late or skip a meal

Do you often skip breakfast or postpone it until later after getting up? Not a good idea. The body then switches to economy mode and burns fewer calories. Everything you eat afterwards is doubled. The German Nutrition Society therefore recommends a healthy and balanced breakfast in the first two hours after getting up. This will also boost your metabolism and help you lose weight.

3. beware of too much white flour

Do you just have to have toast or bread rolls in the morning? Unfortunately, these popular classics are not particularly good if you want to maintain your weight. They consist mainly of wheat flour, which contains lots of bad carbohydrates that the body stores as fat deposits. We also get hungry much more quickly after eating white flour products and tend to snack. Instead, opt for porridge for breakfast, which keeps you full for longer and is healthy. The same applies to wholegrain products.
