"Slim while you sleep": The right diet plays an important role here.

Pay attention to your diet

Although our body burns fat at night while we sleep, slumbering in bed for just a few hours has never given anyone a bikini figure. Nevertheless, sleep plays a key role on the way to a dream body. However, there are a few important basic rules to follow.

The principle of the insulin diet

First and foremost, this includes the right diet. If you feast without restraint during the day, you will of course not lose excess kilos overnight. However, the principle of insulin-restricted eating should work: Carbohydrates for breakfast, mixed food for lunch, protein in the evening. There should be five hours between each meal.

During sleep, the body releases the hormone HGH, which is responsible for cell renewal. The body burns fat from a lack of carbohydrates.
