For some people, resentment is on the agenda. No matter what's on the agenda, a little resentment is guaranteed. The bus is too full, the elevator too slow, the sky too grey. This negative attitude not only affects your mood, but also your entire body.
If you get angry too often and too intensely, you not only reduce your enjoyment of life, but sooner or later also damage your health. When we get very upset, our body is put under stress and a wide range of stress hormones are released. Our blood pressure rises, our heart beats faster, we are "under power".
If we are constantly upset about every little thing, this internal pressure can no longer be relieved and our body goes into a permanent state of alarm. Chronic stress symptoms such as a reduced ability to perform and concentrate, high blood pressure or a weakened immune system can be the result.
"I'm happy when it rains.Because if I'm not happy, itwill rain", on the other hand, means enjoying life as it is. To look at the positives and not just at what might not be going so well at the moment. Don't get angry about every little thing, but ask yourself whether it's even worth it and invest the energy you gain in positive things.
This also has an effect on our appearance. We are calmer, more relaxed and have a more positive aura. And let's ask ourselves: Who do we prefer to hang out with, a cheerful, cheerful person or a "curmudgeon"?
So why don't you simply go on a search today? Look for the good things instead of focusing on the negative and enjoy them. There are many beautiful things to discover every day, even when it's raining.
