7th daily task: Pause and think about the week
Today, review the previous six days in your mind. Every time you look at the bracelet, take the time to reflect. What surprised and amazed you? What had you forgotten and rediscovered? What effect has the mindfulness training had on you? Has anything changed? Does "ICare" do you good? When we feel good, it is extremely important to be clear about why this is the case. If we are clear about the reasons, the state is repeatable. So think about what made you feel good - and repeat it!
