Laughing uninhibitedly with your best friends is the best medicine for all aches and pains.

Laughing and smiling has a great healing effect: when you laugh, you do something good for yourself. Laughter is not only balm for the soul, but also leaves positive traces in the body. Laughter has been proven to strengthen the cardiovascular system and the immune system. Laughter relaxes tense muscles and releases pent-up emotions.

Exercise your laughter muscles

17 facial muscles are involved in the process of laughing; as many as 80 muscles are involved in the whole body. So give your laughter muscles a good workout today. It will do you good. This is also due to the fact that the happiness hormone endorphin is released when we smile. This is responsible for reducing stress, both physical and psychological, and for processing pain. It has been proven that people who laugh a lot feel better.

Fill up on happiness, please!

Tap into your body's own happiness filling station! Your facial expression also has an effect on the people around you. Smiling people are perceived as likeable and appealing by others, which has a positive influence on communication situations from the outset. Just ask yourself: Who do you prefer to hang out with, a cheerful cheerful person or a "curmudgeon"?

Now it's your turn! Allow yourself to be cheerful. Your smile will certainly make this day better. Are you smiling right now?
