Because I'm worth it - Week 1

1. sooo nice: start in peace and quiet

Lie down briefly after waking up. Take a deep breath and feel your own body. Good morning!

2. put your feelings into words

Find a quiet place, for example by a lake. Take in the atmosphere. Write down what you are feeling right now, what is on your mind. Open your heart.

3. treat yourself to something - and enjoy it without a guilty conscience

Actually I should, actually I should ... Stop! Today you just have to do one thing: treat yourself to a little time out without a guilty conscience. Go to the outdoor pool, sit in the park with an iced coffee - wonderful! The best time to listen to your needs is not tomorrow or any other day. The best moment is right now.

4. celebrate love for your partner

Kisses and cuddles are some of the best rituals for strengthening a relationship. Because in the rush of emotions, we perceive our body and that of the other person more intensely than ever before. So how about a "just you and me" day? Ideally today ...

5. create a to-do list

Uff, it can put a lot of pressure on you to constantly have a to-do list in front of you with things you absolutely have to or want to do. From now on, we're doing things differently and only writing down what we've already achieved and accomplished - and what we're really proud of. Wow, that's a lot!

6 Learning from bad experiences

It's really annoying when something goes wrong. Setbacks and failures hurt. But instead of withdrawing and feeling sorry for ourselves, we can also see bad experiences as an opportunity: An obstacle appears? Then we climb over it. The path is blocked? Then the next one will surely lead us to our goal. So straighten your crown and carry on: Everything will be fine!

7. honestly say yes to yourself and appreciate yourself

The deepest feeling that connects us with others is love. Self-love is just as important. From now on, look in the mirror every morning and take a quiet look at yourself. Notice everything about yourself without judging it. Then smile at yourself. Lovingly. Tell yourself: "You are good - just the way you are." Internalize this sentence. Carry it with you at all times.

It's not for nothing that the question "How are you?" contains the word "going". The word "walking": In motion, we are completely with ourselves and push all doubts aside. What are we waiting for?

9. practicing acceptance and optimism

Of course, you don't have to agree with everything that people around you say. Nor do we have to agree with every opinion expressed by others. However, it is much more valuable to focus on your own attitude to life and find yourself. Let us therefore internalize the sentence: "Everything is allowed to be there!" This will help us to distance ourselves from power robbers and learn to take a more positive view of our surroundings.

Grow a lucky clover. It reminds you to be happy about the little things in life.

11. rediscover your passions

Take a look back: do you remember what you used to enjoy most and what your favorite hobbies were? Then give your passion and enthusiasm a little refresher course: start singing, dancing, drawing again ... It keeps you young and awakens new creativity.

12. cultivate friendships, feel the connection

In Italy, they say that an evening in the company of friends gives you a whole year of life. It doesn't matter whether you talk about serious things or just fool around together. Set aside time for this regularly - it gives you new energy and a good mood.

One of his wise quotes is: "Take time every day to sit still and listen to things. Pay attention to the melody of life, which also resonates within you." It's worth a try. Because if you stick to it, regularly allow yourself these "I" phases and let them inspire you, you will become more balanced and relaxed. No more chance of stress and hectic.

14. overcome fears, let the wind blow you away

Small problems and everyday worries get bigger and bigger over time if we don't actively let them go. There is a simple trick to counteract this: write down on a piece of paper what is currently weighing you down the most mentally. Then go out to a nice place, tear the paper into pieces and let the wind blow them away. And goodbye, you stupid fears! Hello, new self-confidence!
